Lily Allen Neon Pink Lips
Jackie shows how to experiment with a bright, bold lip, using a top trend neon tone you’ll have seen on Lily Allen, Rihanna, and Rachel Adedeji, who Jackie worked with on this year’s X Factor. “Everyone’s trying this look and a bright lip can make you feel really confident,” says Jackie, “make-up should be fun, so go for it!”
Before trying such a bold colour, make sure you condition your lips with lip balm. Next, line and cover the lips with Multi-Purpose MAC Pencils in Pinky, to create a strong waxy base to hold the lip colour.
