Hi Jackie,
im 17 at college in thurrock studing media makeup and really enjoying it!
Was just wondering how u became so high up in industry, you are so lucky! Meeting all the famous people i really admire you :)
maybe you could point me in the right direction as i am unsure how to become as big as you, if i should go straight into work from college or university.. what did you do?

Thank you for your post Ashleigh.
I feel very privileged to work with the people I do, I have worked with some of my clients for 20 years!
When I began, I was determined and driven and never missed an opportunity to do make-up even if it was for very little or no money, this gave me lots of practice and I began to build up my contacts.
Try and find an established make-up artist to assist but make sure you are always looking for your own work to build a portfolio.
I have my own make-up school, which is going to offer courses I wish I had access to when I was starting out, so please check out the ‘Make-Up School’ section of my website.

Im 14 years old and i still dont know how to put on eyeliner and foundation and bronzer! please help!
