Stacey's a Star
Even Simon couldn’t deny Stacey’s star quality during X Factor’s seventh week, when her look, personality and voice shone out stronger than ever.
You can recreate another of Stacey’s gorgeous looks with Jackie’s insider tips from the X Factor make-up room:
Get the Skin:
I began with Avon MagiX to make her complexion perfect.
I followed this with Clarins Instant Light Complexion Perfector in Reflet Bronze for extra colour and illuminators.
To complete Stacey’s glowing complexion, I applied MAC Powder Blush in ‘Style’, a shimmery golden coral-peach colour, to the apples of her cheeks.
Get the Eyes:
I first applied MAC Eye Shadow in the muted golden brown tone ‘Cork’ over the whole lid, then I blended a muted black MAC Eye Shadow in ‘Smut’, flecked with fantastic red shimmer, into the outer corners and under the lower lash line.
The inner corners of Stacey’s eyes were lightened with Bobbi Brown Metallic Long-Wear Cream Shadow in sparkling ‘Brown Metal’.
To add more drama and intensity to the eyes, I applied Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in ‘Espresso Ink’ along the top lash line, before adding lots of Avon Spectralash Mascara in black.
Stacey’s eyes were completed with Laura Mercier Eyebrow Powder Colour to perfect her brows.
Get the Lips:
Stacey’s glossy pink lips were achieved with Bobbi Brown Rich Colour Gloss in ‘Pink Buff’.
